VIC - BP Petrol Station- Clyde North
The BP Petrol Station , Clyde North project was a strategically managed civil works package delivered in 2024, with 21M Projects engaged as the project management firm overseeing the successful execution of works. 21M Projects coordinated all aspects of the development across the 2,600m² site, including 3,000m³ of bulk earthworks, 1,960m² of heavy-duty pavement, and 175 linear meters of kerb and channel.
21M Project's leadership ensured seamless integration of critical infrastructure components such as stormwater drainage, a Spillceptor tank, and trench grates, while also managing the installation of line marking, signage, and bollards to meet safety and compliance standards. Through proactive planning, stakeholder coordination, and quality control.
VIC - Aldi Tarneit
The Aldi Tarneit project, completed in 2022 , 21M Projects provided end-to-end project management services, ensuring the successful execution of works across a 6,500m² site. The scope included a significant 4,500m³ rock cut, 2,600m² of asphalt pavement, 1,400m² of heavy-duty concrete pavement, and 500m² of light-duty pavement, all delivered to meet the operational demands of a high-traffic retail environment.
21M Project's oversight extended to the installation of 570 linear meters of kerb and channel and trench grates, ensuring effective site drainage and long-term durability. Through precise coordination, risk management, and quality assurance, 21M Projects delivered a robust and functional site that aligned with the client’s timeline, budget, and performance expectations.
