The Cannington Bus Interchange is a newly developed $8 million public transport facility, completed within a 6-month timeframe. Designed as a multi-user hub, it includes essential infrastructure such as staff amenities, car parking, ticket machines, and advanced safety features like CCTV and public lighting. The project also involved significant civil works, including earthworks, asphalt surfacing, and drainage systems to ensure long-term durability and functionality.
This modern interchange enhances commuter convenience and operational efficiency, supporting the growing demand for reliable public transport in the area. With its integrated design and focus on safety, accessibility, and user experience, the facility sets a new standard for transit infrastructure in the region.

The Esperance Port Access Corridor was a major infrastructure upgrade to improve freight access and safety around the Port of Esperance. The project involved the realignment of Harbour Road and the construction of key infrastructure including two grade-separated rail crossings, a new bridge at Twilight Beach Road, and a road tunnel beneath the railway.
Additional works included the realignment of 1.3 km of railway track, installation of multiple retaining walls and bridge abutments, and improved connectivity between Harbour Road and Johns Street. These upgrades significantly enhanced traffic flow, reduced congestion, and supported the long-term operational efficiency of the port and surrounding transport network.

This project was a comprehensive civil works project managed by 21M. At a budget of $1.5 million, the project involved the full demolition and reconstruction of existing perimeter roads to support the Union Quarter development. Key infrastructure works included the installation of 1,200m² of asphalt pavement, 400m² of external concrete, 30m² of concrete footpaths, and 400m² of kerb and channel.
Additional features included 200 linear meters of stormwater drainage, bus shelters, signage, line marking, and bollards to enhance safety and accessibility. A notable component of the project was the installation of a root barrier system to protect a nearby transmission gas line from future tree growth, demonstrating a proactive approach to long-term infrastructure resilience and environmental planning.
