21M Projects provided comprehensive project management services for this key infrastructure upgrade, which extended Adelaide’s tram network by 1 km and added four new planforms along North Terrace. Our role included stakeholder engagement, program and risk management, contractor coordination, and delivery assuranceensuring the project was completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption in a live urban environment.
21M Projects provided end-to-end project management services for the successful delivery of the Longwood Crossover, part of ARTC’s North East Rail Line Upgrade. The scope included vegetation clearing, 3,000m³ of cut-to-fill earthworks, drainage and culvert installation, track formation, and access road construction. The project also delivered two 1:20 crossovers and 2 km of new track, all completed within a critical 60-hour possession window to enhance network flexibility and reliability.
21M Projects provided project management services for the removal of four level crossings and the construction of a 1.8 km elevated rail viaduct comprising 70 spans and over 300 bridge girders. The project also delivered two new stations at Coburg and Moreland, and created over 5 hectares of public open space featuring landscaped urban realms and an activity node. Our role included construction planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery assurance ensuring safe, timely, and community-focused outcomes in a complex urban environment
21M Projects was proud to support Perth’s first major elevated rail project, transforming the Armadale Line through the removal of six level crossings and construction of 4 km of elevated rail. Our project management services contributed to the delivery of five new elevated stations Carlisle, Oats Street, Queens Park, Cannington, and Beckenham and the creation of Long Park, a 6-hectare linear public space featuring playgrounds, fitness zones, and community areas. This city-shaping project improves safety, reduces congestion, and reconnects neighbourhoods with vibrant, accessible infrastructure.
